Named NIU head coach in June
2011 after nine seasons as the
Huskies' assistant coach from
2003-11.
The Huskies sent two individuals
to NCAA Regionals, placed
one gymnast on the All-MAC
team, tied the second-highest
team score in school history
and recorded the team's highest
cumulative GPA ever in his first
season at the helm.
As NIU assistant, coached 15
gymnasts that competed at
NCAA Regionals and two
MAC Champions on uneven
parallel bars.
Program director and club coach at
Energym in Sycamore, Ill. for
19 years.
The Addison, Ill. product was a
member of the NIU men's
gymnastics team from 1984-87
and served as team captain in
1986-87.
