Liberty BaseBall STADIUM
The 2012 season was Liberty baseballs last year at
Worthington Stadium. A new baseball facility adjacent
to the recently expanded Williams Stadium, home of
Liberty football, and Osborne Stadium, home of both
Libertys soccer and track & field programs, is set to open
for the 2013 home opener. The construction of the new
baseball facility is the latest dramatic improvement to
athletics facilities at Liberty in recent years. The stadium
seats 2,500 spectators and will enhance a developing
athletics corridor at the university. The intercollegiate
baseball stadium replaces Worthington Stadium, which
has been the teams home since 1979.
