TRACK & FIELD COACHING STAFF KEVIN DWYER GREG HIPP A ssistant C oach F ourth S eason M iami (O hio ), 2009 A ssistant C oach S econd S eason A ppalachian S tate , 2002 Kevin Dwyer is in his fourth season with the Northern Illinois University women's track and field program. Dwyer coaches the heptathlon, pole vault, jumps and all throwing events. The 2012 season will be Greg Hipp's second at the helm of Northern Illinois' cross country program, while also coaching the Huskie middle and long distance runners. In his first three seasons with Northern Illinois, Dwyer has sent one field athlete to the NCAA West Preliminary Round (Cora Caulfield - 2011) and has coached four NIU record-setting performances. Most recently, he helped Jenner Sio set the Huskie standard in the indoor triple jump (3901.00) and outdoor triple jump (40-02.00). Over the last year, NIU cross country, middle and long distance runners have already broken nine NIU school records.
