Scenario #3 Mr. Sanders joined the Ram Athletic Fund three years ago and has contributed $5,000 annually and has the ability to purchase six seats. He currently sits in Section 8, Row P, Seats 1&2 and has not had the opportunity to upgrade his seats. Moving forward with the Seat Equity Plan, Mr. Sanders would be slotted into the seat selection process based on his Ram Ranking. When it comes time to select his seats, Mr. Sanders is eligible to select from the $5,000 priority seats and choose up to six seats. Scenario #4 Mr. Shuler is a Capital Campaign member and a Battering Ram ($10,000 annually). He has six seats in Section 5, Row F, Seats 1-6 and four first row courtside seats. Moving forward with the Seat Equity Plan, Mr. Shuler will need to contribute $10,000 to maintain his four floor seats and an additional $5,000 to maintain his six seats in Section 5. He could maintain four of the six seats located in Section 5 by making a $1,000 donation. Scenario #5 Mr. Burgess, Mr. Pellot-Rosa and Mr. Walker have sat with one another for several years. They would like to continue sitting together. Moving forward with the Seat Equity Plan, each member of the group must coordinate his selection with the appointment time of the lowest-ranking person within the group. // 9 //
