Key to Success Strength and conditioning is a key component in the training of all Huskie wrestlers. From the time-honored tradition of running stairs to new methods such as working with tractor tires, Huskie student-athletes push themselves past their limits "Strength training is a major source of pride within NIU Wrestling. We work very hard to constantly develop our strength overall and, in doing so, become more complete wrestlers.
